Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service at Smart Training and Recruitment Ltd
This qualification can be adapted to suit almost any workplace. This is a really good all round qualification that gives a clear definition of customer service and how to provide it. This qualification requires you to complete units on topics such as Providing a Positive Impression of Yourself and your Organisation, Developing Customer Relationships and Resolving Customer Problems. This qualification is made up of a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service,Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service ( Technical Certificate)Functional Skills: English Level 1 and Maths Level 1 (if applicable).
Each of the units is made up from specific elements applicable to a Customer Service role, for example know how to maintain a positive and customer freindly attitude and deliver a competitive service. Assessment takes place through evaluation of workplace performance, presenting evidence, witness testimony and questioning. A portfolio of evidence is produced which demonstrates that the candidate can perform to the level described.Participants will have a Training Assessor who will help assemble the portfolio and prepare for assessment.

With further training, you could go into a job related to customer service such as a Customer Service Agent, Restaurant or Public House Manager, a Shop Manager, or more general jobs where an understanding of customer service would be useful. The course is work based which means you can earn and learn at the same time whilst developing the skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers are looking for.
