This is a two year course which will allow you to attain 1 full A level qualification(potential to top up to another A level depending on timescale ) Working towards National Certificate or Diploma

This course can be for anyone interested in learning more about Business Studies.This course will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of how businesses operate and run on a daily basis. It will also provide you with the knowledge of business functions, environments and operations.
All coursework assessed by an external moderator who comes into school - you must complete at least 6 units to achieve 1 A level.
This qualification is designed to enable students to enter employment at operative or supervisory level within a wide range of Business environments. Students could also choose to study a diploma or extended diploma as a top up. After completing a level 3 qualification you can progress on to higher education and do a degree in Business as a single subject or combined with other subjects, such as, Psychology or a language.
Possible career paths include: administration, banking, insurance, management, manufacturing or retail. At graduate level, there is a huge range of opportunities, including accountancy, advertising, banking, distribution/logistics, human resources, management, marketing, public relations, retail and sales.
Units of work can be assessed at any time. It's a flexible approach and allows freedom to choose units specifically related to students' interests. This course prepares students for real work and business environments.
