Course description

This course gives a general overview of all aspects of travel and tourism. Ideal if you are interested in pursuing a career in the travel and tourism industry. Some of the areas of study include visitor attractions, resort representatives, UK Travel & Tourism destinations and retail travel

Entry requirements

You should have two GCSEs at Grade C or above or a relevant Level 1 qualification plus basic skills in communication and numercy. You may have the opportunity to take part in overseas trips to leading tourist attractions such as Disneyland Paris.


Your progress will be assessed by a range of methods including practical assessments/ observations, written assignments, and short online multiple choice tests.
