Housing Practice and Maintenance Apprenticeship Level 2 at Moulton College

Course description

Our Intermediate Apprenticeship in Housing will be suitable if you want to start a career working as a housing assistant or similar role and will often be the fi rst point of call for a wide range of customer queries including housing benefi ts advice, repair and maintenance.

There are two pathways available; housing practice and housing maintenance. On both pathways you will develop your skills and knowledge as well as learning more about the legal context of housing provision including regulation and funding.

Entry requirements

To complete your apprenticeship, you will also need to achieve English and maths, if you haven’t already achieved a C or above at GCSE. You will also complete Employment Rights and Responsibility and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills which will support you in your chosen career.
