Course content

Potential units you may cover include:-Manage Personal Performance & Development-Communicating Work-Related Information-Lead and Manage a Team-Principles of Team Leading-Understand Business-Manage Individuals' Performance-Participate in a Project-Delivering and improving customer service

Entry requirements

To progress onto a Level 2 Apprenticeship you will need up to five GCSEs grade D-G, including a grade D in English and Maths*.

In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.
