BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport (Level 3) at MIFA (Manchester International Football Academy)

Course description

This course is not only for those that have a passion for sport but also one for football. Students at MIFA ontop of their course will receive football training up to five days a week with regular fixtures.
Depending on how many levels you take you could get qualifications equivalent to 1, 2 or 3 A-Levels. This means once you have finished the course you can either start your career in sport or carry on further with education and go to university.
The course is taught by those who have passion and experience in sport and football. Sessions will be taught practically using our extensive range of facilities or in classroom sessions.
Students will regularly have one to one chats with tutors and coaches to ensure they stay on target and reach their potential.
Students will receive a free gym membership and MIFA kit.

Financial information

Financial support is available for those elligable.

Free bus pass is available for those elligable.

Free gym membership for all.

Future opportunities

Students in the future may look to go to university or continue at MIFA to do their degree course.  

Students will have the opportunity and support to do a work placement whilst at MIFA to help them on their career path.

Students will also receive help on writing CV's specific to the sport/ football industry and help with personal statements for those wanting to carry on to university.
