Politics AS and A Level at The Latimer Arts College

Course description

Politics has always been regarded as an activity that has the potential to be a little ‘dirty’. Our politicians are increasingly seen as dishonest, obsessed with spin and image rather than real issues that affect ordinary people. This is your chance to gain a better understanding of British politics and judge for yourself whether it deserves its ‘dirty’ image. You will be able to make informed choices at election time and help reverse the dramatic decline in voter turnout.
