Philosophy & Ethics at The South Wolds Academy & Sixth Form

Course description

A key thing for you to understand is that Philosophy and Ethics at A level has few similarities with GCSE Religious studies or GCSE Philosophy and Ethics. You will study the views of key philosiphers such as Plato, Aristotle, Aquinas and Bertand Russell to name a few. A kew aspect will be developing and discussing your own insights and responses to these Philosiphers as well as developing your thinking skills.

Entry requirements

B grade or higher in Reilgious Studioes or Philosophy and Ethics plus 5 other GCSE's at grade C or higher.
