Course description

You will study the following units: • Create and maintain effective working relationships • Customer care skills • Deal with the arrival of customers • Deal with bookings • Deal with communications and book external services

Entry requirements

A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades A* C one of which must be English. You will be asked to take a computer skills scan at your interview and demonstrate a keen interest in the hospitality industry.
