HospitalityLevel 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Hospitality at Hele's School
The course currently consists of 100% coursework and visits/trips are an integral part of the course. It can be presented in a number of ways; demonstration of skills, reports, booklets, presentations and exhibitions. All work is assessed at a pass, merit or distinction level.
Unit 1 - The Hospitality Industry.
Unit 2 - Principles of Supervising Customer Service.
Unit 3 - Providing Customer Service.
Unit 10 - European Food.
Unit 20 - Human Resources in Hospitality.
Unit 6 - Food and Drink Service.
Unit 22 - Plan and Manage an Event.
Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C or above but ideally English Language at Grade B.
