Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship at Knowsley Community College
It is an Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Candidates must achieve 28 credits in a work orientated environment the flexibility of the course allows you to progress at your own pace. You will also complete a qualification in a Technical Certificate and study English and Maths to gain your full framework

Learners to complete Level 1 diagnostic assessments in English, Maths and IT (in most cases). All applicants will also have to complete a vocational aptitude test.
