Office Skills Level 2 at Richmond Adult Community College

Course description

This course will show you how to use Microsoft Office, helping you develop the skills needed to use Excel for administration purposes in an office.  You will learn about the different menu options and basic techniques for formatting and editing menus that help to produce professional looking documents.  You will also learn how to use functions and formulas in spreadsheets and check if figures entered in simple spreadsheets are correct.

Entry requirements

A basic understanding of computing, keyboard and mouse skills plus higher than entry 3 literacy and numeracy skills.
