Course description

Level 3 the Customer Service comprises of a number of mandatory and optional units. To achieve the full qualification learners must complete a minimum of 42 credits:

Mandatory Units:

  • Demonstrate understanding of customer service
  • Demonstrate understanding of the rules that impact on improvements in customer service
