Course description

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service aims to provide learners new to the customer service industry with an introduction into the legislation, policies and procedures followed in providing customer care, as well as identifying what makes good customer service and how their own actions may affect customer satisfaction. This qualification is certified by NCFE, and is accredited by the NCF.

Entry requirements

There are no requirements for this qualification and a level 1 qualification is not necessary to undertake this course.

Future opportunities

Learners who complete this course may progress onto level 3 and level 4 qualifications.
