Customer Service Apprenticeship at Buxton & Leek College
There will be 4 days in the workplace and one day in college.
In order to complete the full NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Customer service you will need to demonstrate an understanding of each of the units.
You must achieve a minimum credit value of 28. 8 of these are achieved by completing the two mandatory units -
Two mandatory units –
101 – Communicate using customer service language
201- Following the rules to deliver customer service
A further 43 units can be chosen from that related to your workplace requirements and personal interest.
Your work will be continuously assessed throughout the year in college and in your workplace
Assessments will be made of both practical skills and theoretical knowledge
The technical certificates and key skills will be assessed by means of multiple choice tests completed on-line in one of our computer suites
