Food Production and Cooking Level 2 Apprenticeship at All Trades Training

Course description

Any food, normally goes through sourcing, processing, packaging and distribution offering a wide variety of careers within the Food and Drink sector. Our Programme supports individuals looking for a career in food production such as Baker, Butcher, Brewer, Caterer and Fishmonger.

They also support post-production roles within mechanical food production, distribution and general handling within Supermarkets, Independent shops and restaurants. We also provide training in Food Hygiene and Safety to help keep consumers safe.
