Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Light Vehicle) City & Guilds Level 3 at Kidderminster College

Course description

You will learn about the practical and theoretical aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair and will also gain skills associated with working in garages and maintenance depots.  Course content includes: Electrical systems and inspection and the diagnosis and repair of engine and cooling systems, fuel systems, transmission systems, brake systems and steering and suspension systems.

Entry requirements

Appropriate Level 2 Motor Vehicle qualification and four GCSEs at grade D or above, including maths and English, or an equivalent qualification.
