Level 2 Customer Service Intermediate Apprenticeship at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services. As part of this Apprenticeship you will learn about: product service and knowledge, the customer experience, systems and resources, meeting regulations and legislation, understanding your organisation and knowing your customers. You may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.
To progress onto a Level 3 Apprenticeship you will need to hold one of the following*:
- an Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship
- an alternative Level 2 qualification in a related subject area
- practical work experience in the related industry
- Up to five GCSEs grade A*-C – including English and Maths
In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.
