Who is it For?

The Customer Service NVQ is aimed at those who want to develop their ability to deliver high level and reliable customer service. The NVQ Diploma in Customer Service is for anyone who works in a customer-facing role.

Which Level?

Level 2: You have just recently started working in an environment dealing with customers and are looking to solidify your skills.

Level 3: You have some experience working in an environment dealing with customers and want to develop your skills further. You may be looking to move into a supervisory position.

Our Customer Service Apprenticeships have been developed specifically for those wanting develop the skills and knowledge to work in or already work in a customer-facing role. This programme is tailored to your own working environment to ensure that training is 100% relevant.

Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service

Functional Skills English level 1

Functional Skills Maths level 1

Level 2 Technical Certificate in Customer Service

 

The Customer Services Advanced Apprenticeship made up of the following framework:

Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service

Functional Skills Maths level 2

Functional  Skills English level 2

Level 3 Technical Certificate in Customer Service
