The CILM is a management training course specifically for those who want to be involved in the leadership and management of personnel within the Construction Industry and Built Environment sector. This qualification is suitable for sub-contractors, team leaders, supervisors and site managers, aimed at providing high quality leadership and management practices to effectively lead, supervise and safely manage people across the many different Construction Industry sectors. Units covered include: • Roles and responsibilities • Leadership and management • Safety, health, environment and quality management • Planning and monitoring work • Allocating work to team members • Improving team performance.
