Design & Technology: Food Technology at George Spencer Academy and Technology College

Course description

In food technology you will apply knowledge, understanding and skills to be able to design and produce your own recipies, taking into account industrial practices and proccesses which relate to the real world of food production.

Entry requirements

5 A*-C at GCSE including Maths and English. Grade B required in the subject taken.
