Advanced Apprenticeship: IT Users at Hawk Training

Course description

This programme offers the Advanced Apprenticeship in IT Users. You will gather evidence for the NVQ Level 3 in IT Users, Key Skills and a Technical Certificate. Evidence will be gathered in the workplace and you will have regular meetings with an assessor. You will also take part in on and off the job training.

Entry requirements

The programme requires learners to be employed within a ICT system management / design related occupation.

Future opportunities

The programme requires learners to be employed within a Supervisory Customer Service related occupation. The course offers you a specialist work-based qualification to support a range of careers in customer service or to progress onto studying for an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service or related subjects such as Contact Centre Operations or Retail Operations. With further training, you could continue to develop your career in customer service by working as a Customer Service Agent, Shop Sales Assistant or more general jobs where an understanding of customer service would be useful. The course is work based which means you can earn and learn at the same time whilst developing the skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers are looking for.
