Course description

Front of House Reception

If you are interested in working ‘front of house’, you can focus on the hospitality pathways in particular and train as waiting staff, learning how to serve customers, or train in drinks service.

The Intermediate Apprenticeship is suitable if you would like to or are already working as front of house staff, for instance, a hotel receptionist, house keeper chamber maid, waiter or silver service waiter (food and beverage). 
This qualification takes a minimum of 12 months to complete.
