Course description

The course will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills needed to work in a primary, secondary or special school environment, in a role that supports teaching and learning. You will learn about a wide range of areas including children and young people's development, supporting children with disabilities or special educational needs and communicating with children and young people.

Entry requirements

As an Apprenticeship is a job they each have different entry requirements. To be able to apply for an Apprenticeship you must be ready to start work immediately. This means if you are still in Year 11 you must wait until you have completed school before applying as all vacancies are for immediate starts - just like a real job vacancy.
