Information Technology Apprenticeship at Learndirect
There are three elements to an Apprenticeship, these include a National Vocational Qualification (this involves collecting evidence of your everyday tasks) , Technical Certificates (aimed at developing your skills and knowledge in the technical aspects of your job) and Key Skills (essential skills you use in everyday life such as Communication and Application of number).
You will learn all facts of the Information and Communication Technology discipline by working in a busy professional environment on a full-time basis. You will develop professional skills including team working, time management and customer service. This will be coupled with the completion of the previously mentioned qualification.
Foundation Level Apprenticships are the equivalent to 5 A-C GCSEs. Once this qualification is complete you can progress onto an Advanced Apprenticeship which is the equivalant to 2 A Levels.
You will be visited in the workplace by one of our assessors who will support and take you through the qualification.
There are no costs for qualifications as they are funded by the government
