The Diploma in Hospitality Services Diploma Level 2 is a highly flexible course designed to recognise and develop the skills and abilities, whilst tailoring the benefits to the individual and the organisation through the selection of appropriate optional units.
The course can be offered at a time and place to suit the needs of both the employee and their employer.
To achieve the Diploma in Hospitality Services Level 2, learners Working with food must achieve a minimum of 37 credits, with 15 credits coming from the mandatory unit and the remaining 22 credits coming from the optional units.
Learners Not Working with food must achieve a minimum of 37 credits, with 11 credits coming from the mandatory unit and the remaining 26 credits coming from the optional units.
