Course description

The Level 2 Apprenticeship in Warehousing and Storage Skills is a one year course and provides valuable skills and experience necessary to start a career in the industry. As a Warehouse Operative you will work as part of a team and may be required to load/unload vehicles. You will also have delegated responsibility for the correct selection and packing of customer orders, ensuring they are ready for dispatch on time. An Apprenticeship is an ideal route for those who are looking to get straight into the world of work while continuing their studies. The Level 2 qualification will provide students with knowledge of the relevant core principles in the industry and a great basis to progress further into the industry. Applicants will need to have relevant employment within the industry. Our Business Account Managers can assist in helping you secure a position if you do not already have one.

Apprenticeships are Government funded, depending upon age and circumstance

Future opportunities

On the completion of a Level 2 Apprenticeship, learners can progress on to an Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leading or Customer Services. Alternatively you may wish to gain employment within a relevant industry.
