Customer Service - BTEC Level 2 Award at Intraining

Course description

If you are interested in a career in Customer Service, this course will give you a broad knowledge and understanding of the sector, and start developing the skills you need to progress to higher level study, an apprenticeship or employment in a wide range of job roles.

You will take three Mandatory Units:

  • Understanding Customer Service.
  • Delivering Effective Customer Service
  • Planning for Self Development in Customer Service

Entry requirements

Must be working towards a minimum of Level 1 Functional Skills English and Maths. Level 1 qualification in Customer Service would be beneficial but not essential.

Further information

On our courses you will have the opportunity to go onto work experience. Once you have completed the course you can progress onto our Traineeship programme which leads to a possible Apprenticeship.
