The Diploma in Food Production and Cooking Level 2 is a highly flexible course designed to recognise and develop the skills and abilities, whilst tailoring the benefits to the individual and the organisation through the selection of appropriate optional units.
The course can be offered at a time and place to suit the needs of both the employee and their employer.
Assessment
To achieve the Diploma in Food Production and Cookery Level 2, learners must achieve a minimum of 40 credits, with 10 credits coming from the mandatory unit and the remaining 30 credits being achieved from a selection of units matched to the learner’s job role, agreed with the assessor at the induction.
