Course description

The History GCSE course offers students at Neston the opportunity to study in detail the key events of the 20th century, both in Britain and around the world; events which fundamentally changed the world we live in today and the issues we face as citizens of the 21st century.
The study of History however, is more than simply the acquisition of knowledge, the process of learning History enables Neston students to become astute and discerning users of sources, logical and analytical thinkers and effective written and oral communicators.
