Level 2 Health and Social Care at Brooksby Melton College

Course description

This qualification develops the knowledge and skills for all those who wish to work in a supervised role with adults in Health and Social Care settings. The course will cover a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health care procedures.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs at grade D or above or grade 3-9 including English and Maths

or

Level 1 Health and Social Care and Entry 3 Functional Skills

Financial information

Courses are funded for students aged 16-18. Students aged 19+ may be subject to course fees, dependent on previous qualification. For full course fees please contact course enquires.

Future opportunities

Students can progress to a Level 3 Health and Social Care or work as a healthcare assistant in a wide variety of supervisory roles in health and social settings.
