Much of the programme is assessed in the workplace, however you will be required to attend college. Some other elements such as functional skills are also assessed by exam, but you will also need to gather evidence to demonstrate your competence, whilst in the workplace. You will be allocated an assessor who will guide and support you throughout your Apprenticeship programme.

Future opportunities

Applicants who complete the programme can look forward to progressing their career within the sector. Many senior managers within the industry began their careers as apprentices and opportunities to study at levels 4 and above often become available as your career progresses.
