Course description

If your dream is to become a top actor, actress, singer or dancer then this is the place to start. You will learn and practice all the skills you need to successful in your career. Whether this is to develop your work as an independent artist, progress to university or work in the Performing Arts Industry. The opportunities are as broad as your imagination.

Course content

This full time course is taught over 3 /4 days per week for 1 / 2 years which includes Maths, English and ICT. You will study core and specialist units in the following depending on your pathway: Acting Singing Dance Radio Acting Variety and Musical Theatre Performance. Students following the generic pathway will study all three disciplines which are Singing, Dancing and Acting. Students on the Dance pathway will focus solely on dance and movement skills.

If you gain suitable grades you may progress to Higher Education and do a degree in Performing Arts.
