Film Studies at Sacred Heart Catholic High School
The course has been designed to encourage a broad view of Design and Food Technology. It is practically based and includes applied food science and
nutrition work, food design, function of ingredients, manufacture and marketing. A lot of this is taught through practical work, developing students advanced culinary skills throughout the 2 years. There is the opportunity to study independently through coursework and at A2 this can be a subject of choice and real interest to the individual.
