We are looking for apprentices to join us for a 1 year apprenticeship within our Customer Care team. You will gain recognised and respected level 3 qualifications while getting real office based experience. The role will give you the opportunity to learn everything you need to know to kick start your career in business administration. The Customer Care Coordinator is a pivotal role working within the Customer Care team to build customer confidence; this will entail using both phone and email communication. You will be involved in creating and running reports (Excel) and extensive use of our CRM system to monitor the progress of customer reported issues, liaising directly with colleagues, looking at how we can proactively provide key information and support to customers to ensure an excellent level of customer service, this is an excellent opportunity in a fresh new team, getting your foot on the career ladder, and setting you up for a bright future.
You will be on track for, or have achieved, 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Mathematics and English) and have a passion for excellent customer service. You’ll be dealing with people on a daily basis so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
