It develops a range of the essential skills for modern management by looking at the key aspects of a business including the roles of Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Operations and how they interact, as well as understanding the impacts of the external environment on business performance. Working with case studies based on real businesses, you are encouraged to develop an independent and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, business analysis and evaluation.
