Course description

Further Mathematics is a challenging and enjoyable course leading to an A Level in Mathematics and Further Mathematics. This is a valuable qualification to obtain and would be suitable for students with a particular interest and flair for the subject and those wishing to study Mathematics, Science, Engineering or related courses at university.

Course content

Topics will be developed using a range of strategies. Effective use of the graphical calculator forms an important part of the course.

It is the ideal course if you have already demonstrated a very high ability and strong interest in Maths at GCSE level.

Entry requirements

Students with Grade 8 in GCSE Maths, students with a Grade 7 will be considered on an individual basis
