Why is it important to measure business success? How can we measure the success of different business organisations in a variety of markets? What are the strategic approaches to different functional areas of business? How do you plan your corporate and functional objectives to achieve success? The second half of the year is spent looking at how to manage business organisations in their wider environment and how we can set strategies to successfully manage change. Is business success really down to its own behaviour or how the conditions are in the market in which they operate? How will each external influence, such as the interest rate and unemployment numbers, affect the success of organisations?
