Hospitality Study Programme at Barnardo’s Palmersville Training

Course description

You will be trained in food preparation and cooking, dealing with payment, counter service, cleaning food production areas and health and safety. You will have the opportunity to gain addition qualifcations e.g. first aid and health and saftey

Course content

All learners must complete mandatory units and optional units chosen from the food and drink service, food prepartion and cooking and generic optional units depending on route

Entry requirements

No formal entry requirments, your induvidual needs will be looked at to ensure you are on the most suitbale programme.

Learners may be eligible for bursary payments
