A Level D&T Food Technology at Hardenhuish School

Course description

The course is designed to encourage you to develop your ability
in designing and making food products and to appreciate the
complex relations between design, materials, manufacture
and marketing.
You will have the opportunity to broaden your skills in
problem-solving, analysing and interpreting information and
the evaluation and testing of ideas. You will develop excellent
communication and presentation skills and become creative
and innovative designers.

Entry requirements

GCSE grade B in Food Technology, Catering or Home Economics
