Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service at Smart Training and Recruitment Ltd
This qualification is the next step up and builds on the knowledge gained at Level 2. Much more relevant to a Supervisory role which involves dealing with more complex issues relating to Customer Service. There is a heavy focus on Working as a Team and Knowing the Limits of your Job Role. This qualification is made up of a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service ( Technical Certificate) and Functional skills: English Level 2 and Maths Level 2 .(if applicable).
Each of the units is made up from specific elements applicable to a Customer Service role, for example supervise customer service operations and build effective working relationships with collegues. Assessment takes place through evaluation of workplace performance, presenting evidence, witness testimony and questioning. A portfolio of evidence is produced which demonstrates that the candidate can perform to the level described.Particepants will have a Training Assessor who will help assemble the portfolio and prepare for assessment.

With further training, you could continue to develop your career in customer service by working as a Customer Service Agent, Shop Sales Assistant or more general jobs where an understanding of customer service would be useful. The course is work based which means you can earn and learn at the same time whilst developing the skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers are looking for. The course also provides you with the basic knowledge, understanding and skills that many employers are looking for.
