Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Services at IN-COMM TRAINING SERVICES

Course description

The Customer Services Apprentice is for candidates in a Customer Services Role, it is a combination of work-based in-company learning and on-line exams which would be carried out at our Training Academy based in Aldridge.

All Apprentices must now be employed before commencing an apprenticeships, please see www.apprenticeships.org.uk for a list of our current vacancies.

Course content

QCF Customer Services NVQ Level 3

Certificate in Customer Services Level 3

Functional Skills English, Math and ICT Level 2

Employment Rights and Responsibilities Workbook

Entry requirements

GCSE Grades A-C in Maths, English and preferably a IT based qualification.  Although this can very dependant on Employer requirements.

Assessment

You will be required to attend In-Comm for a Interview and Basic Skills Tests.

If already employed these will be carried out in Company.
