Motor Vehicle Body and Paint Operations Apprenticeship Level 2 at Bedford College
This Level 2 Apprenticeship will enable you to develop your theoretical knowledge and practical experience of light vehicle paint and body repair. Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes, and this course will combine the practical hands-on experience of the workplace with the knowledge and understanding gained through a College course.
To begin this course you must be employed full-time in a relevant job role, and be will to attend College on a part-time basis. You will also need a minimum of three GCSEs at grades A*-D, including English and Maths.
You will be assessed via a number of methods, including practical tasks in the motor vehicle workshop and written and online exams for all units studied. Additionally, your competence will be assessed within your normal workplace.
On successful completion of this course you could progress on to our Level 3 Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship; with experience, you could progress on to becoming a supervisor or manager in a relevant job role, or to specialise in a particular type of vehicle.
