Entry Level Certificate
To gain depth of knowledge, understanding and development of skills in food preparation in:
- 1) Nutrition and Health
- 2) Food preparation and cooking
- 3) Research, designing, planning and evaluation skills
Candidates complete two short tasks based upon the specification. They should demonstrate different practical skills and knowledge.
The tasks are internally assessed and externally moderated.
