Business Administration Apprenticeship - Level 3 at Worthing College
Apprentices will complete a combination of qualifications thet develop competence, knowledge and skills. Example units include:-
- Negotiate in a Business Environment
- Encourage Innovation
- Principles of Social Media within a Business
Applicants will normally have achieved a mix of A levels and/or other qualifications such as BTEC level 3 courses. Applicants will have also normally completed English, IT and Maths GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications e.g functional skills Level 2). Applicants may have also completed a previous apprenticeship at Level 2. Previous experience of a Business Administration or Customer Service role would be desirable.
Dependent on career progression and role successful apprentices could undertake a Management apprenticeship at Level 3 or 4.
There are a number of Business or Combined Business and Management degrees offered at UK or overseas Higher Education institutions.
Business Administration postions could be available in a various range of sectors, from Customer Service to Administration roles. Level 3 apprentices may also progress to Supervisor or Team Leader positions.
