Art, Craft and Design A Level at Waingels College

Course description

This broad and dynamic Art, Craft and Design course will encourage you to develop skills, creativity, imagination and independence based on personal experience, taught skills and critical understanding. You will show this through your responses to a range of material areas including Graphic Design, Textiles, Fine Art and Sculpture. In the second year, you will specialise in a material area and will set yourself a ‘Personal Investigation’ to examine using visual and written methods.

Entry requirements

Standard entry requirements, plus a C grade in an Art and Design GCSE qualification.
