Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 at Blue Sky Assessing and Consultancy LTD
Intermediate Apprenticeship, if you are already working for a company or we will help find a placement for you, you’ll be involved in assistant roles providing support to customers and your team. You will develop your communication skills; learn about customer expectations and delivery of customer service.
As part of the intermediate Apprenticeship you can expect to work towards and achieve the following
Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
Employers Rights and Responsibilities Workbook
Level 1 Functional Skills – English & Maths
Once you’ve completed the Apprenticeship you’ll be able to provide a greater customer experience with customers in any industry. Also progress to the Advanced Apprenticeship Customer Service Level 3.
