Course description

You have some experience in Customer Service and are able to handle more difficult customers. You are seeking to improve your own skills and to become more involved in making improvements to your team’s level of customer service.

Course content

You will cover areas such as:

  • Preparing yourself to deliver good customer service
  • Providing customer service within the rules
  • Recognising and dealing with customer queries, request and problems
  • Giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Promoting additional products or services to customers
  • Processing Customer Service information

Future opportunities

Progression from Level 2 could be the Diploma in Customer Services Level 3 or one of the other customer facing qualifi cations we provide. Successful completion of this could lead to roles such as working in a call centre helpdesk or in retail.
