Hairdressing City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma at Kenton School

Course description

The course comprises of mandatory and optional
units which will be completed over the two years.
These units are assessed through coursework,
internally assessed assignments and practical work.
Mandatory units will include; Consultation support for
Colleagues on Hair Services, Cutting Women’s Hair
to Create a Variety of Looks, Colouring Hair to Create
a Variety of Looks, Perming Hair to Create a Variety
of Looks, you will have a choice of optional units
including Hair Extension services, Hair Colour
Correction and Bridal hair.

Entry requirements

Where students do not have a level 2 qualification inhairdressing it will be necessary for them to completea Level 2 Award in Hairdressing to gain the technicalknowledge needed to progress to a Level 3qualification.
