Customer Service Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship at Northumberland College
Course description
This course is for people who will be delivering and managing customer service. You will be working without direct supervision or on your own. It is suitable for people who can influence what happens at work, have good communication skills and a wide knowledge of what to do, who to see and where to go to get things done for the customer and are aware of the pressures facing the organisation or business. It is likely you will have experience of working in a customer service role.
Course content
You will learn how to deal with customers in a positive, reliable and pleasant way by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints. Ideal if you work in a supervisory customer sevice role and want to develop your skills and gain a higher level qualification.
Entry requirements
You should have four GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 qualification and be employed in a customer service role.
Assessment
Your progress will be assessed by a range of methods including practical assessments/ observations, written assignments, and formal tests.
Future opportunities
After completing the course you could study a Level 4 qualification.
